Questions
Frequently asking

1. Why is it necessary to replace the cartridge on time?

Using an expired cartridge can pose the following potential risks:

– Increased bacterial and mold growth: Accumulated impurities in the cartridge over time can lead to bacteria and mold not being completely removed, which may persist in the filtered water and affect health.

– Reduced filtration efficiency: The accumulation of impurities, bacteria, and metals can obstruct water flow, resulting in a lower volume of clean water being produced and potentially insufficient to meet usage needs.

– Decreased durability of the filtration device: The components within the filtration device are closely linked. Using an expired cartridge for an extended period can cause the device’s functions to become unstable.

– Increased maintenance costs: Not replacing the cartridge can severely impact the device’s function and filtration capacity, making maintenance more difficult and costly.

2. How to store the EUC2000 cartridge when not in use for an extended period?

When not using the cartridge for 14 days or more, customers should store the EUC2000 cartridge properly as recommended by Mitsubishi Cleansui as follows:
– Turn off the water tap, remove the cartridge, hold it upside down, and shake vigorously to remove excess water.
– Wrap the cartridge tightly with plastic wrap or aluminum foil to limit contact with other objects.
– Store the cartridge in the refrigerator’s cool compartment (temperature between 5-12 degrees Celsius) to inhibit bacterial growth.

3. How to distinguish between genuine and counterfeit EUC2000 cartridges?

To distinguish between genuine and counterfeit cartridges, customers can refer to the following link

4. What quality of input water is suitable for the EUC2000 cartridge?

Mitsubishi Cleansui water filtration devices comply with the input water standard QCVN 01-1:2018/BYT (Clean water quality for domestic use).
