Warranty Policy

All Mitsubishi Chemical Cleansui products officially distributed in Vietnam by Hai Li Co., Ltd. are covered under the warranty policy in accordance with applicable regulations.

We are committed to ensuring our customers’ rights when purchasing our products in a complete and professional manner.

WARRANTY PERIOD – CM PRODUCT LINE

  • 5 years for faucet unit: Models EU301, EU201, EU202, EU101, EU103
  • 2 years for electrolysis unit, control panel, and connection hoses: Model EU301
  • 2 years for connection hoses: Models EU201, EU202, EU101, EU103
  • 2 years for main unit: Model CWMF-500E
  • Filters EUC2000, EUC3000: 6 months or 4,000 liters of usage, whichever comes first
  • 1 year for main unit: Models MP02-3, MP02-4
  • 1 month for filters: UMC2150, UMC2050

WARRANTY PERIOD – CS PRODUCT LINE

  • 2 years for main unit: Models ET101, ET201, EF102, EF103, EF201, EF401, ES101, ES201W, ES301, EJ101, EJ102, EJ103
  • 2 years for faucet and connection hoses: Models ET101, ET201
  • 6 months or 4,000 liters of usage, whichever comes first: Filters EUC2000, ETC21
  • 3 months or 900 liters of usage, whichever comes first: Filters EFC11, EFC21, EFC41W
  • 4 months or 8,000 liters of usage, whichever comes first: Filter ESC11
  • 2 months or 4,000 liters of usage, whichever comes first: Filter ESC21W
  • 1 month or 3,000 liters of usage, whichever comes first: Filter ESC31Z
  • 3 months or 200 liters of usage, whichever comes first: Filters EJC1, EJC2

  • Premium water purifiers and whole house water filtration system: 1800 8171 (Southern)/ 1800 8172 (Northern)
  • Convenient water purifiers and de-chlorinating shower: 1800 2053 (Southern)/ 1800 2054 (Northern)

Notes:

  • Products EF102, EF201, EF401; ES101, ES201W; ES301; EJ101; EJ102; EJ103 that are not registered for warranty via the website will be subject to the standard warranty policy of 1 year.
  • Cartridges EFC11; EFC21; EFC41W; ESC11; ESC21W; ES31CZ; EJC1; EJC2 that are not registered for warranty via the website will be subject to the standard warranty policy of 7 days.
