WARRANTY PERIOD – CM PRODUCT LINE

  • 5 years for faucet units: Models EU301, EU201, EU202, EU101, EU103
  • 2 years for electrolysis unit and control panel: Model EU301
  • 2 years warranty for main unit: Model CWMF-500E
  • 2 years general warranty: Models MPOE-P, MPOE-S, MPOE-S4
  • Cartridges EUC2000, EUC3000: Technical defects will be replaced within 06 months or up to 4,000 liters of filtered water, whichever comes first
  • Cartridge for MPOE050E: 500,000 liters filtration capacity
  • 1 year warranty for main unit: Models MP02-3, MP02-4
  • 1 month for cartridges: UMC2150, UMC2050

WARRANTY PERIOD – CS PRODUCT LINE

  • 2 years for main unit: Models ET201, ET101, EF102, EF201, EF401, ES101, ES201W, ES301, EJ101, EJ102, EJ103
  • 2 years for faucet and connection hose: Models ET101, ET201
  • 6 months for cartridge: Model ETC21
  • 3 months / 900 liters: Cartridges EFC11, EFC21, EFC41W
  • 4 months / 8,000 liters: Cartridge ESC11
  • 2 months / 4,000 liters: Cartridge ESC21W
  • 1 month / 3,000 liters: Cartridge ES31CZ
  • 3 months / 200 liters: Cartridges EJC1, EJC2

  • Premium water purifiers and whole house water filtration system: 1800 8171 (Southern)/ 1800 8172 (Northern)
  • Convenient water purifiers and de-chlorinating shower: 1800 2053 (Southern)/ 1800 2054 (Northern)

Notes:

  • Products EF102, EF201, EF401; ES101, ES201W; ES301; EJ101; EJ102; EJ103 that are not registered for warranty via the website will be subject to the standard warranty policy of 1 year.
  • Cartridges EFC11; EFC21; EFC41W; ESC11; ESC21W; ES31CZ; EJC1; EJC2 that are not registered for warranty via the website will be subject to the standard warranty policy of 7 days.
