Cartridge Replacement Guideline

  • Step 1: Rotate old cartridge counter-clockwise to open it.
  • Step 2: Install new cartridge by twisting it clockwise
  • Step 3: Press and hold Reset button for about 5 seconds to reset digital clock to 900 liters

Delivery policy

Estimated delivery times based on geographical distance factors and delivery methods are as follows:

  • Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi: Within 2 working days.
