What are the product warranty terms?

Equipment will be warranted if certain conditions are met

  • The product still be within the warranty period.
  • The damage must be confirmed by a Mitsubishi Cleansui technician as a manufacturer defect
  • The product is not in cases of refusal to accept the warranty
  • Warranty stamps and serial numbers must be intact, with no signs of scratches, erasing or fading
  • The product only use tap water (according to QCVN 01-2018/BYT), water pressure from 0.07-0.35 Mpa, below 35 degrees Celsius, and above freezing temperature.
How can I determine when to replace cartridge? It's not easy to ascertain whether it has reached 50,000 liters.

UMC2050 cartridge should be replaced after 12 months or 50,000 liters of usage. For large households and the businesses field of restaurants and hotels, we recommend to install a water meter to accurately measure the filtered and consumed water.

Why are cartridge of MP02-4 integrated hollow fiber membrane but filtered water is not intended for direct consumption?

MP02-4 uses UMC2050 cartridge with 3 filtration layers (non-woven fabric, fiber and activated carbon, hollow fiber membrane). 3 layers of cartridge offer below outstanding advantages:
