What are the product warranty terms?

Equipment will be warranted if certain conditions are met:

  • The product still be within the warranty period.
  • The damage must be confirmed by a Mitsubishi Cleansui technician as a manufacturer defect
  • The product is not in cases of refusal to accept the warranty
  • Warranty stamps and serial numbers must be intact, with no signs of scratches, erasing or fading
  • The product only use tap water (according to QCVN 01-2018/BYT), water pressure from 0.07-0.35 Mpa, below 35 degrees Celsius, and above freezing temperature.
Do I need to boil filtered water?

Tap water passes through EFC11 cartridge, removing all impurities, dust, mold, dissolved lead, residual chlorine and microplastics. Filtered water meets QCVN 6-1:2010/BYT standards. Therefore, it is rich in minerals and completely safe for drink directly.

Boiling filtered water does not pose any danger or alter its characteristics. However, at high temperatures, natural minerals may precipitate and diminish. Therefore, Mitsubishi Cleansui recommends customers to drink filtered water directly.

The device is suitable for how many people in a family?

The EF201 faucet water purifier has a capacity of 900 liters, suitable for families of 2-4 people.

How to know if the device has filtered its full capacity of 900 liters or not?

You can rely on the indicator light. The light will count down from 900 liters to 0 liters. Correspondingly, the green light will turn red.
