- Develop and manage efficient distribution networks for sales in Sanitary Store channel (medium and premium product)
- Managing, training and motivating existing sales team to drive revenue growth
- Develop efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies for the assigned territory and target setting for the sales team
- Collecting customer and market feedback and reporting the same to the organization
- Monitoring sales team performance, analysing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to Sales Manager and BOM
- Other assigned task from Line Manager and BOM.
- Graduate University
- Have a wide connection in Sanitary Store channel
- At least 5 years in Sanitary Store channel, 2 years at leader role
- Hard working and can work under pressure. Leadership and planning skill.
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills
