B2B Sales Leader – Sanitary Store Channel - 13-06-2019

Job Description:

  • Develop and manage efficient distribution networks for sales in Sanitary Store channel (medium and premium product)
  • Managing, training and motivating existing sales team to drive revenue growth
  • Develop efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies for the assigned territory and target setting for the sales team
  • Collecting customer and market feedback and reporting the same to the organization
  • Monitoring sales team performance, analysing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to Sales Manager and BOM
  • Other assigned task from Line Manager and BOM.


Expected qualifications:

  • Graduate University
  • Have a wide connection in Sanitary Store channel
  • At least 5 years in Sanitary Store channel, 2 years at leader role
  • Hard working and can work under pressure. Leadership and planning skill.
  • Strong communication and inter-personal skills
  • Salary will be discussed on the interview
